Andigoni Xouri is a contemporary artist & published writer. She is also, a multidisciplinary professional. Moreover, she holds more than +10 degrees, awarded by international Educational Organizations.

Who is she?

Andigoni Xouri was born in Karditsa, Greece, in 1978. Bachelor in Business Administration from Canterbury University, UK. She also, studied among others: Translation, Project Management, Journalism, Event Management, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Branding & Digital Marketing, as well.

She took art classes and participated in seminars about painting, character drawing, art history, collage, and illustration. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Art Therapy, along with a Diploma in Photography from Shaw Academy, IR.

Through her art, she tries to combine the earthy with the eery feeling. She loves different styles of painting /illustration, whilst new projects pop up in her mind. Her artwork depicts mainly human figures or portraits, without this limiting other artworks. She adores both, minimalism and intense colors. These trends are included in the majority of her art in different dimensions.

Faded Butterflies, Alati Publications, GR

“Faded Butterflies” is a Greek, collective work of texts and poems. Among others, I participate as an author with texts and a poem. The main subject of the book describes the life cycle of a butterfly. More precisely, it talks about its journey & transformation, from the beginning till the end. (2022)

Ideal Figures, Myro Gallery, Thessaloniki, GR

She participated in the art exhibition, organized by Paris Kapralos (Art Curator), in Myro Gallery. Some of her paintings were exposed, among artworks from other Greek artists. (2021)

The Flight of Ibis, Elkistis Publications, GR

The flight of Ibis is a collective work of short stories. she participated in the book with a short story called “The tears of Sakura”. This collective work has a Japanese orientation, thus, there is a tanka incorporated in each story. (2021)

Come to talk about Poetry, Alati Publications, GR

Come to talk about Poetry is a book that includes, mainly, a collection of poems. She participated in this collective work with texts and a poem. The main subjects of the book try to answer questions, such as: What is poetry, how do we write a poem, and what a poet looks like. (2021)
